1. Right to Return:
Customers have the right to return items purchased from Jump Fish Studio within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by Australia Post or other courier services.
2. Return Process:
All returns must be initiated by contacting Jump Fish Studio at Admin@catherinemiles.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be sent back at the expense of the customer.
Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Damaged Items:
If an item is damaged during transit, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage to qualify for a refund or replacement.
4. Incorrect Orders:
No refunds will be issued for incorrect orders or change of mind, made by the customer.
If an incorrect item is sent by the distributor, the distributor will offer either a refund or a replacement for the incorrect item.
